The restaurant is striking with its contemporary and pure lines. This light and airy space offers a magnificent view of the traditional Khmer Skor Boutique.

The chef and his team lovingly cook ingredients which subtly combine eastern and western flavours. Each day at dawn, a cook goes to the local markets in search of the best produce. Seasonal fruits, vegetables and plants from our garden are also to be found in dishes.

Refined palates will be tempted by Tonlé Sap fish fillet and its avocado purée with a wild rice mango salad, Asian Gazpacho, Peking duck with honey, citrus fruits and spices, and for dessert, a passion fruit crème brûlée. Throughout the day, a variety of delicious tapas keeps hunger at bay.
